After Hour AOG Service
Normal Business Hours M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm (CST)
The After Hours AOG Service is offered for customers who have a severely limited time
frame in which to accomplish a repair action and require engineering assistance outside
of normal business hours.
A repair Design Engineer will provide a response within 24 Hours of receiving a complete
damage report.
The response may be in the form of a fax based instruction or FAA approved temporary repair
to continue in service with minor or no initial repair action. This will be followed by the
permanent repair or replacement instruction as appropriate. AOG Service requests that arrive
with incomplete Damage Reports will be responded to with a letter requesting more information
or the letter may provide preliminary instructions to begin repair.
To request this premium service the customer agrees to pay a fixed price callout fee and all
engineering hours will be charged at the increased AOG rate. If a verbal response is adequate
to enable continued operation/work without the engineer returning to the office outside normal
hours, then the callout fee may be waived.
AOG Service is not intended for around-the-clock support for heavy damage to aircraft that
will require weeks or months of inspections, coordination and repair.
