AOG Service
Normal Business Hours M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm (CST)
The AOG Service is offered for customers who have a limited time frame in which to
accomplish a repair action.
This service will provide a response within 24 hours of receiving a complete damage report.
The response may be in the form of a fax based instruction or FAA approved temporary repair
to continue in service with minor or no initial repair action. This will be followed by the
permanent repair or replacement instruction as appropriate.
All engineering hours for this premium service will be charged at the increased AOG rate.
An After Hour AOG Service is also available for your
engineering requirements outside of normal business hours.
