Raytheon Company has finalized the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary Raytheon Aircraft Company to Hawker Beechcraft Corporation, a new company formed by GS Capital Partners, an affiliate of Goldman Sachs, and Onex Partners for $3.3 billion in cash.
