Barcodes are mandatory utilizing the HBC eProcurement website. In addition to other required markings/labels, each shipment must be identified with a barcode as provided by the HBC eProcurement website. Barcodes are to be created using the ASN (Advanced Shipment Notification) process through the HBC eProcurement website. Supplier questions on packaging/marking/labeling/hazardous materials should be emailed to SCM_eProcurement@hawkerbeechcraft.com.

In order to create ASN’s, you must have a Hawker Beechcraft web account. If you are a supplier and do not have access to this portal, you can Request Access. The new bar code instructions supercede the Supplier Delivery Requirements Specification (SDRS) instructions on bar-coding, located in the Specifications Section of the site.
